Junior Registration

All players are required to wear non-marking indoor court shoes while playing badminton and these are to be carried into the stadium and changed into within the club room. I understand that those without the correct footwear will not be able to play. Playing barefoot is not allowed.

I agree that the Junior player will play at the Cambridge Badminton Club at their own risk and agrees to abide by the Cambridge Badminton Club Rules and Health & Safety Policy.

As per the Club's Health & Safety Policy, all Juniors must be dropped off and collected from the stadium club room.

It is understood that not all Juniors will be selected to play in the annual Club Champs competition. Participation is based on their ability level and their selection is to the discretion of the Coach & Club Committee.

It is understood that participation in the Junior Sessions is subject to the Junior Coach considering the child's ability to properly follow instructions. Any child who cannot follow instructions or who is a distraction to others will be asked to be supervised/picked up by a parent/caregiver.

In submitting this form I agree to the details being used by the Cambridge Badminton Club for the purpose of Club Membership/Player Registration. The information will be accessed by Club Representatives. I understand my data will be held securely and will not be distributed to third parties other than the Waikato Badminton Association for Club Affiliation purposes. I have a right to change or access my information. I understand that when this information is no longer required for these purposes, the data will be disposed of securely.
